  • cup toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • cup orange juice
  • ¼ teaspoon five-spice powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chile flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon ground fennel seed
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

directions

To make the sauce -- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. The sauce keeps for 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator.
