- 2 ½ lbs lamb loin chops
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 ½ teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
- pepper, to taste

1. Preheat broiler. |
2. Trim any fat from chops. |
3. Mix garlic with crushed dried leaf rosemary and rub onto chops. |
4. Season with pepper. |
5. Broil chops 3 inches from heat source 4 to 5 minutes on each side. |
6. Lamb is best when served pink, but it can be served well done. |
