- 3 clove garlic, to taste, minced
- 3 medium onion, finely diced
- ¾ cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¾ lb provolone cheese, grated
- 1 ½ lb sausage meat
- 3 lb mushroom caps, whole, large

directions
1. Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft. |
2. Drain sausage mixture. |
3. Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps. |
4. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly |
5. brown top, if desired. |
