ingredients

  • 3 clove garlic, to taste, minced
  • 3 medium onion, finely diced
  • ¾ cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¾ lb provolone cheese, grated
  • 1 ½ lb sausage meat
  • 3 lb mushroom caps, whole, large

directions

1. Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
2. Drain sausage mixture.
3. Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.
4. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly
5. brown top, if desired.
